Changed Semantics: Validators are now called Specifications - this effected project names, classes, namespaces, method names, etc.
Changed the names of the included validators to be more active (e.g. RangeValidator was renamed to IsInRangeSpec).
Specification.IsSatsifedBy (former Validator.Validate) no longer has a user context param.
Removed "GetInterpretation" from specifications, ToString() should be overridden to get a human readable interpretation of the specification.
Deleted compare validator. It will be replaced by multiple specs (e.g. GreaterThanSpec, EqualToSpec).
